I’m a qualified personal trainer, strength and spin instructor who specialises in helping men and women in their 40s and above to build strength, improve mobility and feel confident in their bodies.

Many people feel frustrated with recurring injuries, stiff joints or fitness routines that simply aren’t working.

My goal is to help change that.
